Vigil & Valor is a grassroots civic organization based in Hampton Roads, Virginia, created to support, protect, and organize peaceful protest movements.

We operate solely within the Hampton Roads region, focused on local empowerment, community safety, and rapid-response mobilization during times of civic unrest or urgent advocacy.

 

We believe in showing up with purpose:

•With vigilance for injustice

•And valor in the face of adversity

 

Our goal is to equip communities with the tools, training, and protection needed to make their voices heard  safely, powerfully, and peacefully.

 

We are not a national organization. We are intentionally and proudly Hampton Roads-only.
